Welcome to YourAura. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains how we handle your information when you use the website and related services.

2. The Data We Collect

We may collect, use, store, and transfer different kinds of personal data, including:

• Identity Data: first name, last name, username, or date of birth used for calculations.
• Contact Data: email address and telephone numbers.
• Technical Data: IP address, browser details, device information, and usage environment.
• Palm images and scan outputs (Optional): content created when you choose palmistry features.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use personal data only when the law allows us to, including to:

• Provide personalized astrology, numerology, and palmistry services.
• Manage your account and subscription.
• Improve products, services, and support quality.
• Communicate important updates, technical issues, or security alerts.

4. Service Providers

YourAura uses providers to deliver specific parts of the service. AI-assisted readings use Google Gemini; prompts and any profile details or palm images included in a request are sent for processing. When configured, Google Analytics receives website usage events. YourAura also stores a limited set of anonymous interaction events, such as calculator and signup actions, without account IDs, email addresses, birth details, or query strings in those event records; these events are scheduled for deletion after 90 days. Razorpay processes checkout and payment details; YourAura stores order and billing records. AWS Cognito provides account authentication, and AWS Lambda runs backend services. These providers handle data under their own terms and retention practices.

We do not sell personal information. Do not include information in a reading that you do not want processed by the provider needed for that feature.

5. Retention and Account Deletion

We keep profile and reading data while needed to provide your account. When account deletion completes, YourAura deletes the account's owned product records and identity. We retain a billing ledger and a deletion record for transaction and account-lifecycle integrity. Deletion can remain pending briefly while in-flight work drains. Provider-side copies and backups follow their respective retention practices; this policy does not promise a fixed deletion window for those systems.

6. Data Security

We use appropriate security measures to help prevent unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure of your data. We use encryption and access controls to help protect stored and transmitted data.
